    There are many Automotive Scrappage programs throughout the world which
generally have the dual aim of stimulating the automobile industry and

States C.A.R.S. program, as an economic stimulus to increase market demand in
the industry while helping the environment. Scrappage programs have been
touted with many different names in different countries around the world.
