Reminder to Register for Educating Latinos for Kentucky's Future (ELKF) Conference

Hola Colegas,
This is a reminder of our conference that we are planning for February 11 and 12, 2010 at NKU campus. Our conference, Challenges and Opportunities Facing Latino Students in the Commonwealth, is not only for educators but also for individuals working in the private/public sector, non-profit, etc. Topics of discussion will include: education, K-16, state laws and policies that affect our population, immigration issues, workforce development, etc.
On Thursday, Feb. 11, at 6pm, we’ll kick-off the conference with a workshop and a reception, Fiesta Latina! The following day, Friday, the conference is from 9am-3:15pm (continental breakfast is from 8-9am) . For more information and to register please see our website at www.elkf.net
